In the next years the Zurich Holding Company intends to build a portfolio of 200 – 300 million EUR based on quality fixed income commercial assets. The short term target is to deploy an amount of 15 million EUR as equity in the acquisition of three to four quality properties, secure financing and continuing to building up the local operational team.

Currently ZHC focuses commercial assets in France in zones with positive population influx and high economical status. We give high importance to the quality and credit worthiness of the tenants and are specifically focused on assets with long term lease contracts.

We work closely with renowned advisors as well as legal consultancies and have employed a specialized technical expert to analyze each deal at an early stage of negotiations. The management of the property portfolio will be entrusted to a local asset management company with a proven track-record.

Zurich Holding Ltd. has a long term investment horizon and intends to continue to build a strong portfolio.
